Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Standard Stock Orders: All standard orders for in-stock items (such as standard wire ferrule packs, connectors, and inventory tools) are processed within 5-8 business days.

  • Bulk & B2B Cargo Orders: Larger commercial shipments, custom packaging, or palletized freight orders may require 5 -8 business days for security preparation, export documentation, and cargo loading.

  • Shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable premium couriers (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and major international air/sea freight forwarders) to ensure your goods arrive safely.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, regional holidays, or carrier backlogs.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24–48 hours of carrier pickup.


4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We ship our specialized inventory globally from our centralized distribution hubs.

  • Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, all international orders are shipped DDU.

  • Tariffs & Fees: Our brand is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import tariffs, or local value-added taxes (VAT) applied to your order by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Damages, Shortages, and Lost Shipments

We take extra precautions in packaging technical electrical components and heavy mechanical equipment to ensure they survive long-transit shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if a bulk-pack package is compromised, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods and take clear photos immediately.

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Support Email] to initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement shipment.


6. Undeliverable Packages & Wrong Address

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and English-formatted shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to a failure to pay local import customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus any return fees incurred.
